Appointments
We recommend booking your appointment in advance to ensure availability. A credit card may be required to hold your reservation. We kindly ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Late Arrivals
To ensure a relaxing experience for all our clients, we may need to shorten your service if you arrive late. The full service fee will still apply. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment entirely.
Health & Safety
Your health and safety are our top priorities. All our tools are medically sterilized after each use. We use disposable liners for our pedicure chairs. Please inform your technician of any health conditions or allergies.
Service Guarantee
We take pride in our work. If you are not happy with your nails, please let us know within 3 days of your appointment, and we will be happy to provide a complimentary touch-up.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Please treat your gift card like cash, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen cards.
